Destroy Your Junk Food Cravings

If you are out of control on your eating habits, then this little rule can help you. It is known as the addition rule of weight loss.

The logic of this rule is simple, but can be life-changing. Whenever you take something away from your life, you need to add something to fill the void. Naturally, if you don’t fill in this empty space, something else will…most likely something else that isn’t good for you.

Adding healthy food to your diet can help you to flush body fat naturally. To understand what I mean, check this out: if you are trying to give up chocolate, then replace the chocolate with dark chocolate (a much healthier choice because dark chocolate has antioxidants in it).

After you have done this for a period of time, start adding some more raw fruits and vegetables to your diet.

There are four powerful reasons why you want to add these:

  • Eating these raw, give you much needed digestive enzymes that are needed to break down your food. Processed foods do not give you this.
  • Vegetables and fruits contain high amounts of fiber which grows in your stomach, causing you to fill up and feel fuller faster.
  • Fruits and Veggies push other foods through your digestive tract cleaning out yucky debris and pulling out toxins.
  • It provides the body with much needed vitamins and minerals

Next, let’s go over part 2 of this rule: “eat your fiber first”

This will clear a path and prepare your digestive tract for the rest of your meal.

When eaten with other food, fresh fruits and vegetables literally clear a place for the rest of your food and detoxifies your large intestine. This in itself will help you lose fat naturally.

For example, if you are eating pizza, add a salad and eat it first. If you choose to have a sundae, make sure that you top it with lots of fresh berries.

Doing this will fill your belly so that you won’t be able to eat as much.
